The team at Rubiks Media were tasked with a concept restaurant consultation taking it all the way from an idea to an opening.

Flying back and forth from London to Beijing, hospitality veteran Jay Bhikha was on hand to lend his expertise from start to finish.

Beijing Restaurant is a concept Indian restaurant that was aimed at an AB1 demographic so location, values and branding were paramount to the story.
